Alan Cash has spent 30 years at the heart of the catering industry — 20 of them as an award-winning chef, and a decade managing multi-site catering operations at the highest level.
That career has spanned the full breadth of the industry — large-scale events catering for thousands, contract catering across corporate and public sector sites, fine dining functions demanding the highest culinary standards, and restaurant operations where consistency and speed are everything.
He founded Cash Catering Consultancy to share that hard-won expertise with catering business owners who want to grow — bringing three decades of real, varied industry experience to every engagement.
